Just went to Lake Ridge last week and wasn't disappointed. As usual, everything was perfect. The place was packed but luckily we had a reservation and our table was waiting. Delicious dinner and great atmosphere! We will return.

We ate there again on Christmas Eve and once again the service and food exceeded our expectations. Our entire family commented that it was one of the best meals they've had...ever! The pork chop is awesome and my seabass was perfect. I can't rate it high enough..well done!

"Neighbors Night Out for Valentine’s Day”
The weather was horrible, but our experience was far from that. Lake Ridge is a quaint place located in Round Lake, exit 11 off the North way. It was snowing pretty good, but when we arrive at the place it was packed. A good indication how great the place is. There was seven of us. Yes one person came without her spouse. ( working) We all had drinks to start with. Some had wine($9 a glass), and some had cosmos ($12). We all had appetizers from Escargo($9.95 out of this world), Lobster Betty ($14.95 amazing), to special Fugus Amongus ($9 fantastic). The dinners were mouth watering. The duck in a pinot noir BlackBerry demi glace was cooked to perfection. Carmen's Seafood Stew was great. It was a great night. I would have to put it up there with places like 677 Prime, Saratoga National, and Tala Bistro. Now with great food and great service comes a price. Most of us had two drinks a piece, appetizers, coffee, and three out of the seven had dessert, which was also fantastic. With a 21% tip the bill per person was $80. High, but well worth it. I would recommend anyone who likes great food and service and does not mind paying for what you get to go and enjoy.

“Lake Ridge”
On 28 Dec I had a birthday party for my wife. Arrangements for the event could not have been easier. The guest complimentd me on my selection and were very happy with the meals that they had selected. The wait staff was exceptional making the meal even more enjoyable. My wife and I go to this restaurant fairly often as it is one of the very few in the Clifton Park area that serves the diversity and quality of food prepared by the Chef.

“Outstanding”
With Katy as the waitress, the service was outstanding and everything was perfect. The chef was very accomodating and the food was excellent, including some difficult requested changes. With a very nice cocktail and wine list, this is a must go to place. Everyone at the restaurant was very professional and the ambiance lovely and cozy.

“Excellent”
We had dinner at Lake Ridge on a recent Sunday night.
Bread was served hot with oil, vinegar and a garlic flavored butter. Regular butter was served upon request.
A few of us had Cesar salads. I tasted one of them and it was light and delicious.
I had the Petite Filet Mignon with a potato croquette. The filet was well seasoned, cooked perfectly and served with crispy onions with a small amount of sauce. The dish was excellent! We ordered a side of mashed sweet potatoes which were also excellent. Everyone enjoyed their food, although the vegetarian in our group was disappointed that there were no vegetarian options on the menu. They were very accommodating to her request and made her a dish that looked appetizing.
The Key Lime Pie was very good. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was nice. We were seated a reasonable distance from other tables and could talk easily although the dining room that we were seated in was almost full.
We enjoyed Lake Ridge. I can't wait to return one day soon!

“First trip with a large group…Will be back”
We go to Saratoga every year with a group of 10 couples. We stay at the Hyatt and usually go to a town restaurant for dinner. This year we decided to try a closer place based on the reviews. They could not have better to work with from the beginning... No minimum, no pre fixe menu requirement we got from other restaurants. The service was amazing...not only attentive, but they knew their menu and made great recommendations. Food was amazing too... This group can be a bit of food snobs and we asked the chef to come out to take a bow! We never do that! Loved it...will definitely be back and would not hesitate to recommend!

“Took my new girl to my favorite restaurant”
Oktoberfest ended the day before I had my reservation, but Scott was happy to make the schnitzel anyway. This is, without a doubt, the finest restaurant in Saratoga County. Yep, that's right. Nothing in Saratoga Springs holds a candle to this place. Make a reservation. Get there 20 minutes ahead of time and grab a cocktail at the little but elegent bar in back. Be seated and enjoy learning about what Mr. Ringwood has to offer beyond the excellent fare on the menu. No, he doesn't know I'm writing this and while he knows my parents, he wouldn't know me from Adam, but that's just the way I like it. I have never had anything short of an excellent meal and even better service at Lake Ridge. I am willing to bet you won't either.

“Oh that Lobster Betty”
My mother and I came here for a light lunch - having heard good things about the place. We liked the ambience and the friendly service. We both had the recommended Lobster Betty [lobster tail over greens with a Newburg-y type sauce. It's an appetizer [small plate], but sufficient for a light lunch with the bread and a salad and/or dessert. We had dessert, tiramisu for me and a carrot cake-cheesecake hybrid - that Mom [never much of a sweet eater] finished with glee. I want to return to try the many other interesting dishes. A bit pricey, but a pleasant, elegant and delicious lunch.

Just wanted to send a quick note of appreciation for the kindness of both Diane and Janelle during our celebration of our friends, Russ and Irene Peck, 55th wedding anniversary. We were graciously greeted and moments after arriving a bit early we were sitting on the porch enjoying a glass of wine. The food was superb, the service was excellent, we were made to feel we were the only people there, very attentive and all with a smile and personality - a winning combination!
Thanks again for a wonderful evening,
