Panko crusted chicken breast pan fried and topped with blistered tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and black olives in lemon vinaigrette.

Pan seared 6 ounce fillet of salmon topped with spinach, basil walnut pesto.

New York Strip Steak

grilled 10 ounce Prime strip steak finished with garlic beu cheese butter sauce.
