Appetizers

Artichoke Soufflé - 8.25
Artichokes, garlic, spinach and a blend of four cheeses served with crispy French bread.

Bostonian Shrimp - 10.00             
“House favorite with a new twist” Jumbo shrimp wrapped in bacon and served with maple Dijon horseradish sauce.
 
Crab Cakes - 10.50
Jumbo lump crabmeat with green onion, bell pepper, celery and a hint of curry served with citrus aioli.

Lobster Betty - 13.95
Butter poached 5 to 6 oz lobster tail served over braised greens with a shallot sherry cream sauce. 

Escargot - 9.50
Sautéed in a garlic and shallot butter sauce and served in a French roll.

Shrimp Cocktail - 9.25
Four jumbo shrimp with traditional sauce.


Salads


Tasty Tabor Salad - 8.95

Marinated chicken breast served over mixed greens with bell peppers, tomatoes, toasted pecans, radicchio and jack cheese with garlic sesame vinaigrette.

Caesar Salmon Salad - 11.50

Chopped romaine lettuce tossed in our Caesar dressing served with grilled or blackened salmon topped with shaved parmesan cheese.

Turkey Salad Plate - 8.50

A warm turkey salad mixed with tart cherries and toasted pecans served with side salad, greens and fruit.


Burgers
Our burgers are half pound 100% angus beef served with lettuce, tomato and oven roasted potatoes.

Cheese Burger - 8.95

Served with your choice of Swiss, cheddar or provolone.

The Saratoga - 9.50
Topped with sliced portabella mushroom, bacon and Swiss cheese.

The Zullo - 9.50
(Christina’s favorite) topped with sautéed peppers and onions, cheddar cheese and spicy mayonnaise.

 

Entrees
All entrée’s are served with starch and vegetable. Add a salad for 1.95

Tortelloni - 10.50

Filled with prosciutto and aged provolone, tossed with seared chicken and broccolini in a roasted garlic cream sauce.

Herb Crusted  Tilapia - 11.95

Six ounces of fresh tilapia coated with panko crumbs and fresh herbs, pan fried and served with citrus aioli.

Salmon - 13.50
Pan seared and topped with a spinach and roasted garlic pesto.



Crab & Salmon Cakes - 13.50
Our most popular dish, made with fresh poached salmon and lump crab meat and served with citrus aioli.

Pork Tenderloin - 10.95
Sautéed pork tenderloin medallions finished in our famous tart cherry sauce and sprinkled with candied walnuts.

Pasta Bella - 11.50
Smoked chicken, sundried tomatoes, baby bellas and spinach in a white wine garlic butter sauce tossed with penne pasta and blue cheese.

Chicken Rita - 11.95

Sautéed chicken breast with mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and spinach in a marsala wine sauce.

Chicken Francais - 11.95

Dipped in an egg and Romano cheese batter, sautéed with mushrooms and finished in a lemon butter sauce.

Chicken Katy - 11.95
Herb crusted chicken breast topped with grilled zucchini, roasted red pepper and smoked gouda, finished with a roasted tomato black olive vinaigrette.


Sandwiches

Sandwiches are served with  side salad,  fruit and a pickle.
 
The Standard - 8.50

Choose turkey, roast beef or turkey salad on a toasted baguette with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.                                                                             

Soup and Half Sandwich - 8.25

Above choices and soup of the day.                                   

The Veggie Melt - 8.25

Grilled portabella mushroom, zucchini, bell peppers, eggplant, tomato and melted Swiss cheese drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette and served on a croissant.
 
Lake Ridge Melt - 8.95

Roast beef & turkey, red onion, tomato, cheddar and horseradish mayonnaise on a toasted baguette.                                                                                                     

Kyle’s Roast Beef Sandwich - 8.95

Roast beef, sautéed peppers and onions with tomato and smoked gouda on toasted baguette.

Big Jeff’s Chicken Sandwich - 8.95
Herb crusted chicken pan fried and topped with portabella mushroom, swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato on a french roll with garlic mayonnaise. 
                                                                                                                                                
Travers Turkey Wrap - 8.50
Turkey, lettuce, tomato, bacon, pickles, provolone cheese and Dijon mayo on a garlic herb wrap.

Warm Mexican Wrap - 8.95
Grilled chicken, black beans, rice, tomatoes, green onion, and jack cheese on a garlic herb wrap with  chipotle sour cream.
